^I don't know, but as someone with 20 years of experience you are clearly qualified to criticize it. So thanks for that

^I wrote that "you can be a backend engineer who works closely with hardware." Yes, some people whom I would characterize as "backend engineers" work closely with hardware. I didn't write that "ALL backend engineers work closely with hardware." If you write code and work closely with hardware, some may give you a different title and reserve "backend engineer" for someone who does server-side development. I use the term more broadly than that, but I think that becomes a debate over terminology

"Stop being lazy and rubbish and lazy as a software engineer and complaining why companies won't hire you"

^That's a fair comment, and maybe a motivating wake-up call

"I get headhunted at least 2 or 3 times a day"
